space, and a restaurant connecting to a publicly accessible riverwalk,
is compatible with the Miami River Corridor Urban Infill Plan’s
recommendations for the “
Lower
River
”.

Greenway Action Plan”?
Yes, the proposed project is setback 50-feet from the
Miami River
and has a publicly accessible riverwalk with a 16 foot wide unobstructed
pedestrian path. Furthermore,
the developer has agreed to develop and fund the riverwalk as it
continues to the east on
Miami-Dade
County
owned public right of way beneath the S. Miami Avenue Bridge, install
Greenway wayfinding signage, and cleats for recreational vessel access.

with Miami-Dade county to extend the riverwalk beneath S. Miami Avenue
Bridge, make aesthetic improvements to the bridge including new grating
