The Urban Infill Subcommittee approved the draft Miami River Corridor Planning schedule, subject to a few revisions including moving the final workshop one month earlier.  The revised schedule will be e-mailed to the Urban Infill Subcommittee members.

The executed Kimley-Horn contract requires a list of documents to be provided to the consultants in the current “data collection” phase of the Miami River Corridor Planning process.  Steve Lefton, Kimely-Horn stated this is a “critical path” in keeping the plan on schedule.  The City, County and Miami River Commission reviewed the executed Kimley-Horn scope of services’ list of twelve documents to be provided during “data collection” and assigned the responsible agency to provide the enumerated documents.  The field survey portion of the “data collection” phase can not commence until the documents listed in the executed scope of services have been provided to Kimley-Horn.  Kimley-Horn would like to begin field surveys on Monday, July 23, so the Miami River Commission, City and County must provide Kimley-Horn with all documents prior to July 20.

The Urban Infill Working Group decided to meet on the second Wednesday of every month, 9 am, Miami Riverside Center, 3^rd floor conference room, therefore the next meeting will be August 8.
